· Accurate inventory control systemDerek joined Delta-Q in 1995. He has worked every position in the company from warehouse to inside sales, outside sales and management. Derek became president of Delta-Q when his father retired in 2009 after leading the company for twenty-five years. He has a B.A. from UC Santa Barbara in business economics and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.

Dominick joined Delta Q in 2011 as an outside salesman for Orange County. He has been in the Plumbing / HVAC business since 1991, and has worked in the retail and wholesale channels at the manufacturer, wholesale, and manufacturers’ rep level.
Glenn joined Delta-Q in 2005. He is certified in plumbing design by ASPE and has been in the industry since 2000 , Glenn is a seasoned sales professional who leads our commercial sales team. Glenn’s experience within the wholesale, commercial, industrial, and municipal markets, makes him an invaluable resource to both our customers and our team. Glenn has a degree in business economics and finance.
Jim joined Delta Q in 2012, and has been in the industry since 1991. His experiences range from a service and repair plumber, outside salesman, regional sales manager and now as a managing partner. Throughout His career he has established strong relationships within the wholesale, contractor, and residential builder markets. Currently he leads the residential sales team.
